About the Birthday Book Club
Honor
your child or a special person at Our Lady of Mercy in a lasting way by
making them members of the Birthday Book Club.
Here is how it works ...
- Complete the Birthday
Book Club form and return it to the school office along with a check
for $20 payable to Our Lady of Mercy School.

here to print out a form.
- A special Birthday Book Club
bookplate will be attached to the inside of the book and then the
book will be placed into circulation in the Our Lady of Mercy School
Library.
- Birthday Book Club
members will be announced in school newsletters.
