Birthday Book Club

Honor your child or a special person at Our Lady of Mercy in a lasting way by making them members of the Birthday Book Club.

• Complete the Birthday Book Club form and return it to the school office along with a check for $20 payable to Our Lady of Mercy School.
  Click here to print out the BBC form.
• A special Birthday Book Club bookplate will be attached to the inside of the book and then the book will be placed into circulation in the Our Lady of Mercy School Library.
